Acknowledgements and Thanks

Anytime something new is created, there are an infinite number of people, things and events that are in someway responsible for its creation.  Therefore, to cover the vast majority of all, I would like to acknowledge and am grateful for “God’s infinite mind.” Having said that, there are very specific people, things and events that were directly helpful to this project.  First I would like to say thanks to my wife Laurie.  Her unconditional love and understanding over the years has been monumental.  Without her strength and insights the text as it stands today, would not have been possible.  I would also like to acknowledge and thank my brother Henry.  Of all the people in the world his philosophical influence has had the greatest impact on my life.  Without him, my comprehension of the issues within the text would not have occurred.  I would like to thank Jeanne Ross, my son’s third-grade teacher for providing the word “aggregate” for which the idea of the text would not have been complete.  I would like to thank my son Christopher for his interest in a discarded piece of asphalt that inspired the discussion that caused Ms. Ross to say and define the word aggregate.  I would like to thank my son Correy for allowing me to run quickly into the office to write some of the text during our daily watching of Mister Rodgers’ Neighborhood.  I would also like to acknowledge and thank my good friend Curt Veeneman whose deep religious convictions inspired me to formulate and state the philosophy of Universal Spirituality.  In addition, I would like to express my gratitude to Apple Computer, my G5, OSX and the text-to-speech function that has unlocked for me the world of creative artistic expression.  Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the profound events of 9-11.  Within the horror, despair, loss, anger, and hatred, I was challenged to ask the simplest of questions… why!  The answer may be found somewhere within the pages of this site.

Additiional Thanks

Dr. John Morearty
Dr. Larry Meredythe
Mr. Dave Parker
Dr. Robert Cobern
Mrs. Pamala Gessler
Dr. Dail Stocking

The people listed to the right have contributed, in some way, to the development of the Church of Universal philosophy. Without the input of these very special individuals, the text as it stands would not be the same. Although they did not directly provide any of the text, their imput was cridical to the concept.
